This new course shall be offered every other year.
Russian 112 -- Elementary Russian (G. McCaughrin)
Russian 111 and 112 are linked courses. Students must complete 112 during the winter term to receive credit for 111. Students with two or more entrance units in Russian receive a total of five credits for Russian 111-112; others receive eight credits. Russian 261 and 262 are linked courses. Students must complete 262 during the winter term to receive credit for 261. Students receive a total of eight credits for completion of Russian 261-262. Russian Area Studies 401, 402, 403 (1,2,3) -- Independent study (Staff)
Russian Area Studies 493 (3) -- Honors Thesis (Staff)
Students writing an honors thesis must take 493 during the fall and winter terms for a total of six credits. Those interested in writing an honors thesis should consult with the program chairman, Professor Bidlack.
