Metempsychosis

From Greek Meta (with or after), en (in) psukhe (soul). The transmigration of the soul into a new body of the same or different species.

 

Reincarnation

A soul embodied in a new body.

 

Speciesism

Assumption of the superiority of one species (normally human beings) over other species (normally animals), accompanied by discrimination against those other species. When it is about human beings in particular, it is also known as "human racism".

 

Anthropomorphism

Ascription of human characteristics (bodily form, beliefs, emotions, etc.) to something non-personal, such as a god, an animal, or an object.
