My dear Sir

I send herewith a prospectus of the course of studies etc at Washington College, which I hope will give you all the information you desire concerning that institution.

You will see that I am not connected with the University of Virginia, which is at Charlottesville, & an Admirable Institution.

Should it suit your views to attend the sessions of Washington College, it will give me pleasure to extend to you all the facilities it affords for acquiring a good education
