In forwy the application of Lt D R Jones of the 2nd Infy, to be relieved from duty as Asst Instr of Tactics at the Mil Academy; I beg leave to present for your favourable consideration the name of 1st Lt A. D. Nelson of the 6th Infy as a suitable officer to fill the vacancy in that Dept.  Should the application of Lt Jones be granted, I must ask that Lt Nelson be ordered to report in his place without delay.

Nothing has yet been heard of Lt Baird who was ordered to take the place of in the Mathematical Dept.
