CLN: Pgs. 18-19
Letter of 11 MAR 1867 written in Lexington to General Daniel Ruggles advising that his son, Captain M. B. Ruggles, can enter the College at any time convenient to him provided he is prepared to progress in classes that will terminate in June. If he so desires, he may enter in the September session. There is no tuition charge but other costs must be borne by the student. Is unable to send a catalogue because the supply is exhausted.
