Dear Sir:

The Faculty of this Institution, at a meeting held on the 21st inst:, passed a resolution extending you the benefit of the act adopted by the college authorities extending a credit for the college fees Ato such meritorious young men, seeking  the advantage of the Institution, as are unable to pay the same.@

In adopting this resolution the Faculty were influenced by the fact that you displayed during the last session good conduct and fidelity as a student and --?-- an aptness to learning.
