Your Obituary

The assignment: Pretend that your life has suddenly ended at the age of 50. Reincarnation is the "in" afterlife these days. For better or worse, you've been reincarnated as a newspaper columnist who writes the obituaries. As luck would have it, you get to write your own. What would you have to say about your life? Some issues to consider:

Describe your life situation (job?, married?, been divored? -- if yes, how many times?, kids? [if so how old were you when you had them?])

What brought you the most happiness in life?

Tragedy is an unfortunate consequence in life. What is one really bad thing that happened to you, and how would it shape your life?

What was most important to you?

Sacrifices often have to be made between work and family? How will you balance these?

What were your regrets?

Would you do anything over again?

What advice would you have for future generations?
